I offer 1-on-1 personal training and nutrition coaching online. Every client is unique and I design personalized programs based on each individual's goals and needs. Do you want to focus on running, strength training, core work, mobility or maybe a mix of everything? I got you covered!
I help you set long-term goals that we can work towards together and I will support you along the way.
Each coaching collaboration starts with a first online meeting. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about your goals, needs and expectations. I will then create your personalized training plan and you will get access to an app with all of your training sessions. I offer weekly check-in calls to give us a chance to evaluate, make adjustments whenever necessary or just socialize.
