The training is for everyone! I have clients from all over the world - ranging from beginners to professional athletes. All you need is an internet connection.
Each coaching collaboration starts with a first online meeting. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about your goals, needs and expectations. I will then create your personalized training plan and you will get access to an app with all of your training sessions. I offer weekly check-in calls to give us a chance to evaluate, make adjustments whenever necessary or just socialize.
No, not unless you want to. Your training plan will be based on how, what and where you want to train. You can choose to work out at home, at a gym or outside and you decide if you want to use any equipment or just bodyweight.
I offer two membership options; 3 or 6 months. If you want to continue after the initial period, you can of course choose to extend your membership.
